ZKL ZVL bearings
Manufactured at nine European facilities, the ZVL-ZKL bearing line
includes more than 3,600 types designed and built to serve nearly every
application in every industry. In all, they cover bore-diameters from 3mm
to 850mm. Add in complete accessories--from adapter and withdraw sleeves
to split pillow block housings--and the result is a comprehensive
selection of bearing components to fit almost any interchange situation.
ZVL-ZKL Bearings Corporation is introducing a
new designation for bearings used in shaker screens and other vibratory
equipment. The older designation is MAP6A. All new shaker screen
bearings will now have the designation MD1 or MHD1. The designations
represent:
MD1 - double row spherical roller bearing
designed for special vibratory equipment applications with a two-piece
outer ring riding brass cage
MHD1 - double row
spherical roller bearing designed for special vibratory equipment
applications with a one-piece outer ring riding brass cage

NU5200 Single Row Cylindrical
Roller Bearings
ZVL-ZKL NU5200 Single
Row Cylindrical Roller Bearings are engineered to service application with
demands for handling high dynamic and static loads and greater torsional
momentum. Typical examples include drilling and mining equipment, electric
motors, and many others.
The extra-capacity NU
design features a double rib outer ring and a removable inner ring without
ribs. A machined brass cage is centered on the rolling elements. Crowned
rollers and raceway eliminate higher contact stress adjacent to the
rolling element faces. Both the size and number of rolling elements are
optimized to accommodate maximum dynamic and static loads.

Split Pillow Block Housings
Series SAF 225, SN 500
ZVL-ZKL Bearings
Corporation is proud to offer a line of split pillow block housings which
are custom produced in Spain by SAFAR, a long established manufacturer of
bearing housings and adapter assemblies. All of our housings completely
conform to ISO R113, BS 1642, and JIS 1551 standards.
SAFAR pillow blocks
are usually made of cast iron. For extra heavy duty applications ductile
iron or cast steel pillow blocks are available. Material selection should
be based on careful analysis of the operational and environmental demands
of the application. Due to their higher cost, ductile iron and cast steel
should be chosen only where extreme conditions justify their use. |
